Race start in Malaysia-Running Man Fan Meeting Cancellation!!!

Assalamualaikum...........

Buat peminat susah mati Running Man semua....rasanya x perlu la nak buat ulasan lanjut, untuk semua peminat setia Running Man (RM) yang dah purchased ticket sebelum ni rasanya dah lama tahu pasal cancellation fan meeting ni. Aku pernah buat entry pasal lunching ticket Race Start sebelum ni.

Disebabkan bengang tahap macam nak tumbuk2 orang jer ni!! terpaksa la aku post entry nak bagi tahu 1 Msia yang kami peminat2 RM macam dah kena tipu ni!! 

impian aku dan seluruh peminat RM di Msia punah-ranah T,T

Ok dah cancel tu x pe lagi, yang jadi masalahnya & buat peminat bertambah2 bengang adalah...dah masuk 2 bulan event ni cancel sampai sekarang peminat yang dah purchase tiket masih belum dapat refund lagi!! Ko ingat duit tu turun dari langit ke?? sesenang ambik duit orang diam macam tu jerr!!  Office x beroperasi, Email x berbalas, call x berangkat...kalu respons pun sangat la sikit dengan ayat standard boleh buang dalam lubang jamban!!! yang tambah buat orang bengang!!! Tak perlu la lagi nak buat postmortem ke ape kejadah ke!!! Korean organiser dah cakap terang-terangan yang fanmeeting ni cancel...apa la yang susah sangat nak bagi balik duit kami semua!!!

Disini aku sertakan rentetan kejadian x bermoral daripada pihak pengurusan/organiser fanmeeting ni:

Dear fans, the Running Man fan meeting this 7th September 2013 will be postpone at a later date in December 2013. Currently, we're waiting for the Korean side management to reply us the exact date.

We really regret that things have turn out this way. We deeply and sincerely apologized for any inconvenience that this incident have caused.Thank you.ps: Hopefully we get the new date ASAP. Pray for the best (Big Pocket Group@4sept2013)

Dear Fans,

As far we're concern we won't say anything much or give comment on what the Korean side had announce on their Facebook. Actual announcement either cancellation and postponement should be announce by us. Currently, we're trying our best to find the solution for this matter. We can't stop them from making any announcement. On our side we're doing just based on our lawyer advice while waiting for the result and solution from the management. Hopefully there will be no more comment and another announcement from the Korean side as it is not healthy and unprofessional for them to put the blame on one side without having a recap and postmortem or discussing with us before making the announcement.

We will get back to the public as soon as we get the feedback from their side. your cooperation and understanding are highly appreciated. Another matter such as refund and so on, we will announce once we confirm everything.

Bayangkan betapa kecewanya peminat2 Running Man kat Msia dengan cancellation fan meeting, termasuk lah aku sendiri. Bayangkan kami mengeluarkan duit yang banyak untuk memenuhi impian kami semua untuk berjumpa dengan Running Man member tup2 event dibatalkan!! Yang menjadi persoalan disini pihak BIG POCKET GROUP yang x bertanggungjawab ini masih terus menjual tiket pada 4sept2013, sedangkan Korean organiser iaitu Urban Works telah pun announced cancellation fanmeeting ni pada 26aug2013

Dan untuk x mengeruhkan keadaan pihak Urban Works telah mengeluarkan statement tentang sebab kenapa mereka tidak meneruskan fanmeeting ini di bawah kendalian BIG POCKET GROUP, untuk mengelakkan lebih banyak salah faham peminat kepada pihak mereka:

Race Start (6 september)
Dear Running Man fans in Malaysia. This is Urbanworks, Korea promoter of Race Start in Asia. First of all, as the promoter, we apologize to all Running Man fans in Malaysia about cancellation of the fan meeting. We do not want to disappoint fans anymore, so we announce the true story about the cancellation. We had tried to bring a successful performance to fans in Malaysia with the local promoter, Big Pocket. However, Big Pocket has violated our contract and hold up our appointed schedule. Even 20 days before the fan meeting, we could not get a lot of basic information, such as flight, hotel, insurance, approval for the performance, and promotion plan that supposedly, we should receive a month before the performance from Big Pocket. Even though we had tried to fulfill the contract to the last, Big Pocket did not accept our effort and had severed contact with us since August 24, 2013. We finally decided to cancel the fan meeting based on the contract because we could not trust the local promoter anymore. After that, we have requested for the announcement of cancellation and ticket refund from Big Pocket. However, they are still selling ticket even though they lost the right to handle this performance as local promoter. Also they posted announcement that the fan meeting is postponed on their Facebook on September 4, 2013. Not to mince matters, their announcement is totally irrelevant to our side. We have never consulted with Big Pocket regarding this matter. They still did not offer any suggestion for this problem. Please recognize that Big Pocket has never offered any solution plan about this problem to us until now.We apologize to Running Man fans in Malaysia and members, again. We try to our best continually for minimizing the damage to fans by pushing this status to local promoter, Big Pocket. Sincerely,Urban Works

 

Buat peminat2 RM kat luar sana turut merasa hampa, bengang dan marah sila lah kita sama2 buat laporan polis&aduan kepada bahagian pengguna! sebarkan dan share segala informasi supaya sikap x bertanggung jawab pihak organiser Big Pocket Group ni terbongkar dan pihak berkuasa boleh cepat mengambil tindakan!! Uuuoolllss kat luar leh gak klik sini juga memaparkan peminat yang kecewa&demanding their refund!! Bayangkan peminat luar negara dah lost berapa banyak?? bukan setakat duit untuk tiket malah duit untuk booked tiket flight, hotel&pengangkutan!! Kami masih tunggu announcement tuk refunding ni!! entah ya entak x kita tunggu dan lihat!!
